This is an excellent development to see the University of the Philippines- Manila partnering with Publication Up, a social enterprise dedicated to drug rehabilitation and addiction treatment. The collaboration's focus on developing a community-based drug rehab and treatment program is particularly significant, as it recognizes the importance of addressing addiction as a societal issue that affects families and communities. By combining the expertise of both organizations, this initiative can help provide evidence-based and culturally appropriate interventions to those who need them the most. This is a commendable effort towards the advancement of addiction treatment in the Philippines and a positive step towards building a healthier and more inclusive society.
